RadixBay, a leading provider of Business IT Consulting, Solutions and Managed Services, announced today that Hal Hawisher has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer.
Hawisher will oversee Consulting and Managed Services Operations, Sales, Marketing and Strategic Alliances.
Hawisher has demonstrated his leadership abilities throughout more than 20 years in the enterprise software and IT consulting industry. He has a proven track record in building new business models, evaluating business needs and implementing strategies and approaches.

Prior to joining RadixBay, Hawisher served in various roles at Workday, NouvEON/Pactera, Oracle and Baytree Associates. As COO of Baytree and in a similar role at NouvEON/Pactera, Hal assisted both organizations with strategic and sustained growth.
Hawisher is a graduate of Clemson University. He also earned Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Motorola University and PMP Certification through the Project Management Institute.
